Meanwhile, this year, Mantra announced a huge deal with the Dubai-based company DAMAC that is worth over $1 billion.

The agreement consists of tokenizing multiple RWAs including real estate, data centers, and other assets in the Middle East that will be made available in early 2025.

Tokenization is one of the most appealing use cases of blockchain technology and Mantra has emerged as a layer-one solution specialized in this field. OM’s Rally Shows Signs of Exhaustion – Should You Buy the Dip?

The OM token has climbed 19.8% over the past week, defying today’s broader market pullback. Its market cap currently stands at $7.2 billion.

Following the post-election rally, OM has established a higher trading range, with strong support forming at the $3.30 level.

On January 30, the token decisively broke above a key resistance at $4.50, continuing its upward trajectory to $7.40.

Momentum indicators show signs of exhaustion in this latest rally, as the Relative Strength Index (RSI) has already entered overbought levels. However, this is not the first time this has occurred.

When OM saw a 91 reading in the RSI in November, the pullback that followed was mild despite the vertical uptick. This may indicate a reluctance from long-term holders to sell their assets and take profits despite the rally.

The MACD has already posted its first lower reading, meaning that positive momentum could be decelerating.

OM could move down to its trend line support in the next few days but the mid-term outlook remains positive unless the RSI crosses below the signal line at some point.
