Bitcoin and Ethereum Consolidate, APE, ADA, and AXS Lead
- Bitcoin price fluctuates around USD 43,000.
- Ethereum is hovering near USD 3,050, XRP moved below USD 0.85.
- APE, ADA, and AXS are the three best performers today among the top 100 coins.
Bitcoin price was able to settle above the USD 42,500 resistance zone. BTC climbed above USD 43,000 and is now (11:50 UTC) consolidating gains just below this level, having increased more than 2% in a day.
Similarly, most major altcoins are showing positive signs. ETH settled above USD 3,000 and might soon clear USD 3,080. XRP is still consolidating below the USD 0.85 resistance. ADA gained 15% and surpassed the USD 1.12 resistance.

Bitcoin price
After a close above USD 42,500, bitcoin price extended its increase. BTC was able to clear the USD 43,000 resistance level and might soon attempt a clear move above the USD 43,500 resistance level. If the bulls succeed, the price might rise steadily towards the USD 44,200 level. The next major resistance is near the USD 45,000 level.
If there is a downside correction, the price might find support near the USD 42,500 level. The next major support is near USD 42,200, below which the price might revisit the USD 41,550 support.
Ethereum price
Ethereum price settled above the USD 3,000 resistance and is now consolidating near the USD 3,050 level. A clear move above the USD 3,080 level could set the pace for a larger increase in the coming sessions.
On the downside, the price might find support near the USD 3,000 level. The next major support is near the USD 2,950 level, below which the price might struggle in the short term.
ADA, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and XRP price

BNB might attempt an upside break above the USD 412 resistance level. A close above USD 412 might push the price towards USD 420. The next major resistance is near the USD 432 level.
Solana (SOL) is up 10% and is trading near the USD 100 resistance level. A close above USD 100 may perhaps set the tone for a larger increase. In this case, the price might rise towards USD 112.
DOGE also gained over 13% and broke the USD 0.132 resistance. The next key resistance on the upside might be USD 0.142, above which the price could even clear the USD 0.150 level.
XRP price is still consolidating below the USD 0.85 resistance. To start a stronger increase, the bulls must gain strength above USD 0.85. If they succeed, the price could rally to USD 1.0.
Other altcoins market today
Many altcoins are up over 5%, including SHIB, NEAR, UNI, MANA, AXS, SAND, APE, VET, FTM, FLOW, ONE, GALA, and ENJ. Out of these, APE jumped over 13%, neared USD 14, and increased its weekly gains to 61%. Meanwhile, AXS gained almost 24% and cleared the USD 60 level. It’s also up 27% in a week.
To sum up, bitcoin price is trying to rise towards the USD 43,500 resistance. If BTC surpasses USD 43,500, it could gain bullish momentum and rise towards the USD 45,000 level.
