The Bitget COO Apprentice Program builds upon previous endeavors. This includes the “Blockchain4Her” program launched earlier this year. So far, the company’s initiatives demonstrate its commitment to diversity and inclusion within the blockchain space.
Research indicates that female-led blockchain startups currently receive only 6% of total funding in the sector, highlighting the need for targeted initiatives like “Blockchain4Her.”
Also, the program falls under Bitget’s broader Blockchain4Youth initiative, launched in May 2023 with a five-year commitment of $10m.
