Bitcoin and Ethereum Hold Ground, FLOW Rallies

 

• Bitcoin price is still struggling to clear the USD 23,500 resistance.
• Ethereum is stuck below USD 1,680, XRP eyes a fresh move to USD 0.388.
• FLOW is the best performer today.

Bitcoin price spiked lower but remained above the USD 22,500 support before recovering above the USD 23,000 level again. It is currently (04:00 UTC) trading near USD 23,180 and is almost unchanged in a day and down 3% in a week.

Similarly, most major altcoins are attempting a fresh increase. ETH could gain bullish momentum if there is a clear move above USD 1,680. XRP could accelerate higher towards USD 0.388. ADA is stable above the USD 0.50 pivot zone.

Bitcoin price

After testing the USD 22,500 support, bitcoin price started a fresh increase. BTC climbed above the USD 23,000 resistance level and is showing positive signs. On the upside, an immediate resistance is near the USD 23,380 level. The main resistance is still near the USD 23,500 level. A clear move above the USD 23,500 resistance zone could initiate a stronger increase.

On the downside, an immediate support is at USD 23,000. The next major support is near the USD 22,500 zone, below which the price could accelerate lower in the coming sessions.

Ethereum price

Ethereum price also reacted to the downside below the USD 1,600 level. However, ETH remained above the USD 1,650 support. The price is now rising and trading near USD 1,660. ETH is up almost 1% in a day and down 4% in a week. The next key resistance is near the USD 1,680 level, above which the price might gain bullish momentum. In this case, the price could rise to USD 1,750.

On the downside, an initial support is near the USD 1,600 level. The next major support is near the USD 1,550 zone, below which the price could continue to move down.

ADA, BNB, SOL, DOGE, and XRP price

Cardano (ADA) remained stable above the USD 0.50 support level. If there is a fresh increase, the price might rise and test the USD 0.52 resistance. The main resistance is near USD 0.55.

BNB is up over 2%, and there was a clear move above the USD 305 resistance. The price even moved above USD 312 and might continue to rise towards the USD 320 level.

Solana (SOL) is still consolidating near the USD 40 support. If there is a close above the USD 40 and USD 40.50 levels, the price might rise steadily in the near term.

DOGE is gaining pace and trading near the USD 0.0680 resistance zone. The main resistance on the upside is near USD 0.070, above which the price could accelerate.

XRP price is again attempting a move towards the USD 0.388 resistance. The next major resistance is near USD 0.400, above which XRP may perhaps start a stronger increase.

Other altcoins market today

Many altcoins are rising steadily, including DOT, MATIC, UNI, LTC, ATOM, FLOW, ALGO, VET, MANA, XTZ, AAVE, and EGLD. Out of these, FLOW rallied 35% on Meta and Instagram news and surpassed the USD 2.50 level, becoming the best performer among the top 100 coins by market capitalization today. It’s also up 36% in a week.

Overall, bitcoin price is still facing a major resistance near USD 23,500. If BTC clears the USD 23,500 barrier, it could start a stronger increase.
