Tim Hakki

Tim Hakki is a journalist and copywriter from London. He began his work as a reporter ten years ago, covering emerging artists for the Radar section of the print edition of NME, while doing reviews and features for print publications like Clash and London in Stereo. He has been published in Vice.

In late 2020, as Bitcoin was entering its bull run, Tim joined the team at Decrypt, where he spent three years covering crypto, paying particularly close attention to regulation, price performance and mining.

Outside of journalism, Tim enjoys music and running. He is based between Larnaca and London.
