Jonathan Inglis is the Founder & Managing Director of Protocol Theory, the world’s leading consumer research company for Web3, AI, and emerging tech. He works with leading brands to help turn human insight into competitive advantage—translating complexity into clarity to drive real-world adoption and unlock growth. With a background in marketing science, consumer psychology, and innovation strategy, Jonathan has presented proprietary research on Web3 adoption and user behavior at WOW Summit, Australian Crypto Convention, and executive sessions worldwide. Prior to founding Protocol Theory, he held leadership roles at Kantar and Rethink Research, and conducted academic research at Melbourne Business School, Columbia Business School, and INSEAD.
