Scaling Ethereum in 2020 and Beyond - Vitalik Buterin

In this presentation, Chief Scientist at the Ethereum Foundation and founder of the Ethereum protocol, Vitalik Buterin, describes his short and medium-term visions for Ethereum scaling.

Vitalik describes ultra-high scaling with sharding and rollups, how sharding is "not canceled", and how projects should focus on getting on a rollup in order to access 100x scaling even without Ethereum 2.0.
