Animoca Brands and HashKey Sign Strategic Partnership Deal

Major Web3 companies HashKey Exchange and Animoca Brands have joined hands, penning a strategic partnership deal.

According to the press release, the two Hong Kong-based companies will collaborate to establish cooperative opportunities and strategic developments on virtual assets.

They said this includes providing public education activities about Web3 and “potential listing of certain virtual assets” on HashKey Exchange.

Livio Weng, HashKey Group COO and HashKey Exchange CEO, said that,

“The goal of this partnership is to stimulate the growth and innovation of the digital entertainment industry.”

Furthermore, as part of the deal, Animoca Brands will open an account on HashKey Exchange, “emphasizing a mutual commitment to compliant virtual asset trading.”

Also, Animoca Brands will list its SAND token on HashKey Exchange, per the South China Morning News.

KuCard Crypto News: Apple Pay Integration

KuCard, the first crypto debit card introduced by crypto exchange KuCoin, has brought its customers Apple Pay.

Once a customer adds a card to iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac, they can start using Apple Pay on that device right away.

Customers will continue to receive all of the rewards and benefits that KuCard offers.

The press release describes Apple Pay as a safer, more secure, and private way to pay as customers avoid giving their payment card to someone else, touching physical buttons, or exchanging cash.

Customers need to hold their iPhone or Apple Watch near a payment terminal to make a contactless payment.

Moreover, they can also use iPhones, iPads, and Macs to make purchases online, in apps, for example.

Apple Pay is accepted in grocery stores, pharmacies, taxis, restaurants, coffee shops, and retail stores.

Bitget Reveals Smart Copy Mode

Crypto exchange Bitget has announced major upgrades to its copy trading feature, introducing a smart copy mode and independent futures copy trading accounts.

Per the press release, the smart copy mode will gradually become available to users. It will enable them “to invest more intelligently by not only following the investment strategies of Elite Traders but also by monitoring the allocation and portfolio strategies of the traders.”

Traders can allocate funds and execute copy trades based on a predetermined percentage of the trader’s investment amount relative to their total assets.

Per the exchange,

“This new feature simplifies the process for novice users, who need only enter the investment amount and follow with a single click.”

Bitget users can currently choose Fixed or Multiplier mode in their investment amount setting for the copy trades.

The first means that the amount invested into each copy trade is fixed. So, the system invests a preset amount of funds as a margin when the follower of a trader makes a copy trade.

The second means that the amount invested depends on the preset ratio of the followers’ and the traders’ investment amounts.

However, with the updated version, users can maintain a separate account for futures copy trading, independent from their general futures trading account, said the exchange. This enables improved protection of users’ assets, as the futures trades and futures copy trades will no longer affect each other.

“As a result, any liquidation in one account will not affect positions in the other,” Bitget said.

Furthermore, futures copy trading assets will be displayed on the page for users to monitor them easily.
