HRF’s Chief Legal Officer Explains Why Authoritarianism is the Biggest Issue Today

HRF's Chief Legal and Policy Officer, Javier El-Hage, spoke at the international annual conference "The Future of Human Rights and the Fight Against Impunity," which took place on June 16-17 in Brussels, Belgium, and was organized by the European Parliament Research Center and Brussels-based nonprofit Fight Impunity. El-Hage explained why authoritarianism and collaboration among authoritarian regimes are the biggest issues that democracies need to address today.
