Theo \u0111\u00f3, c\u00e1c hacker c\u00f3 li\u00ean h\u1ec7 v\u1edbi ch\u00ednh quy\u1ec1n B\u00ecnh Nh\u01b0\u1ee1ng \u0111\u00e3 \u0111\u00e1nh c\u1eafp m\u1ed9t l\u01b0\u1ee3ng ti\u1ec1n \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed<\/a> kh\u1ed5ng l\u1ed3 tr\u1ecb gi\u00e1 1,3 t\u1ef7 USD, t\u0103ng h\u01a1n g\u1ea5p \u0111\u00f4i so v\u1edbi n\u0103m 2023. Con s\u1ed1 n\u00e0y \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c t\u1ed5ng h\u1ee3p t\u1eeb 47 v\u1ee5 t\u1ea5n c\u00f4ng ri\u00eang bi\u1ec7t, cho th\u1ea5y t\u1ea7n su\u1ea5t t\u1ea5n c\u00f4ng ng\u00e0y c\u00e0ng gia t\u0103ng.<\/p>
