Một động thái bất ngờ đã xảy ra tại Matter Labs:<\/strong> Công ty vừa thông báo cắt giảm 16% nhân viên vào ngày 3 tháng 9. <\/p>

Theo chia sẻ của CEO Alex Gluchowski<\/a>, quyết định này được đưa ra sau khi đánh giá kỹ lưỡng về chiến lược phát triển. Matter Labs đang chuyển hướng tập trung vào ZKsync Era và ZK Chains, và để đạt được mục tiêu này, công ty cần một cấu trúc tổ chức linh hoạt hơn.<\/p>

Điều chỉnh tổ chức để đáp ứng nhu cầu thị trường mới<\/strong><\/h2><\/span>

“Thị trường và nhu cầu kinh doanh của chúng tôi đã thay đổi đáng kể trong năm nay. Chúng tôi nhận thấy rằng nhiều đội ngũ đang phát triển trên ZKsync Era hiện nay cần loại công nghệ và dịch vụ hỗ trợ khác biệt so với trước đây.” Gluchowski giải thích.<\/p>

Sau khi ra mắt Elastic Chain và ZK Nation, Matter Labs đã đánh giá lại cấu trúc đội ngũ và nhận thấy rằng một số vai trò và nhân lực hiện tại không còn đáp ứng được nhu cầu mới. Kết quả của đánh giá này đã dẫn đến một cuộc tái cấu trúc toàn diện nhằm đảm bảo công ty vẫn tập trung vào các ưu tiên chiến lược.<\/p>

Gluchowski nhấn mạnh rằng việc cắt giảm nhân sự không liên quan đến hiệu suất làm việc và đã chuẩn bị một gói hỗ trợ toàn diện cho những nhân viên bị ảnh hưởng, bao gồm tiếp tục trả lương, bảo hiểm y tế, và hỗ trợ tìm kiếm việc làm.<\/p>

Gói hỗ trợ này bao gồm ba tháng lương cơ bản, bốn tháng bảo hiểm y tế, dịch vụ tư vấn nghề nghiệp cá nhân hóa, và bốn tháng hỗ trợ tiếp tục nhập cư.<\/p>
