Unpacking Objectivism, Economic Systems, and Views on Bitcoin

Yaron Brook, chairman of the Board of the Ayn Rand Institute, and Robert Breedlove, founder of the "What is Money?" podcast, are both passionate believers in free banking systems, capitalism, and property rights. They hold similar views on the flaws of government and modern monetary systems. However, Bitcoin is where their paths diverge. Brook believes its fixed supply and the network effect of fiat will be challenging obstacles to overcome. In contrast, Breedlove reasons that Bitcoin's hard cap is a strength and that fiat network effects do not matter because they ultimately self-destruct.
