Founder and CEO of Twitter and Square, Bitcoin proponent Jack Dorsey talks with a former US presidential candidate and entrepreneur Andrew Yang about the future of technology and the idea of universal basic income.

"I think the blockchain presents a new opportunity for us to create identity wallets for people and then you get to choose what's what services get to read from it and also get to write from it and you can turn that off at any time. I think it's one of those ideas that needs to happen as quickly as possible," Dorsey said.
