Canada's Deputy Prime Minister Freeland Invokes Emergency Powers Over Financial Accounts

In this video, Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland announces new restrictions that authorize the country's banks to freeze and suspend accounts suspected of being involved in the protests in the country without the need of a court order.
