Ethereum (ETH)<\/a> blokzincirinin Kintsugi Testnet’i kullanıcıların proof-of-work’ün (PoW) proof-of-stake (PoS) beacon chain’i ile birleşimini test etmelerine imkan tanıyor.<\/p>

Ethereum çekirdek geliştiricisi Tim Beiko, haberi Pazartesi günü duyurarak<\/a> “daha uzun ömürlü bir halka açık test ağı” olan Kintsugi’nin sonunda dört kısa ömürlü devnetten sonra başlatıldığını söyledi. Ayrıca topluluktan ve projelerden, Ethereum’un faaliyet göstereceği birleşme sonrası ortamı denemelerini ve bunlara aşina olmalarını istedi.<\/p>

Beiko, “Potansiyel sorunları yakında ortaya çıkarmak için çoğu projenin Kintsugi üzerinde test yapmaya ve prototip oluşturmaya başlamasını öneriyoruz. Böylece değişiklikler gelecekteki istemci ve özellik sürümlerine daha kolay bir şekilde dahil edilebilir” dedi.<\/p>

Ethereum blokzincirinin işlemlerini daha hızlı, daha ucuz ve daha enerji tasarruflu hale getirmesi beklenen PoS’a geçiş, her zaman topluluğun ikinci en büyük kripto projesini ölçeklendirme stratejisinin bir parçası olmuştur. Ancak merkezi olmayan finans (DeFi) platformlarının yükselişinin yanı sıra non-fungible tokenlern (NFT) ortaya çıkmasıyla birlikte Ethereum şu anda ölçeklenebilirlik sorunlarıyla mücadele ediyor, ki son zamanlarda ağda görülen yüksek işlem ücretlerinin sebebi de budur.<\/p>

Ethereum 2.0 güncellemesi olarak da bilinen PoW’dan PoS’a geçişi takiben ağın potansiyel olarak saniyede 100.000 işlemi gerçekleştirmesi bekleniyor. Örneği Visa<\/strong> saniyede 1.700 işlem gerçekleştiriyor.<\/p>

Ayrıca bu güncelleme Ethereum’un enerji tüketimini önemli miktarda azaltarak ağın daha çevre dostu olmasını sağlayacak. Ethereum geliştiricisi Carl Beekhuizen, Mayıs ayında Ethereum’un enerji tüketiminin PoS’a geçişin ardından %99.95 oranında azalacağını söylemişti<\/a>.<\/p>

İlerleyen zamanlarda atılacak adımlara gelince Beiko, Kintsugi Testnet duyurusunda bunun için geri bildirimin istemci yazılımına ve teknik özelliklerine dahil edilmesinden sonra son bir test ağı serisinin başlatılacağını kaydetti<\/a>.<\/p>
