USDC, Coinbase<\/b> ve Circle<\/b>‘dan oluşan ortak bir proje olan Center<\/b> tarafından yürütülmektedir. Center, 24 Haziran’da Ethereum münhasırlığını sona erdireceğini ve bunun yerine çok zincirli (multi-chain) bir destek modelini izleyeceğini belirten bir blog yazısı<\/a> yayınladı.<\/p>

Token – raki stabilcoin tether (USDT)<\/a> gibi– ABD dolarına 1:1 sabitlenmiştir. Blog gönderisinin yazarları, Algorand hamlesinin Ethereum dışındaki blockchain ağlarına yönelik birçok benzer hamlenin ilki olacağını söyledi.<\/p>

Centre, Algorand’ı seçmeye karar verdi ve Algorand’ı “yüksel hacimli ödemeler ve finansal uygulamalar için optimize edilmiş güçlü özellikler ve beceriler sergileyen bir blockchain projesi” olarak nitelendirdi.<\/p>

Circle, Algorand’da USDC sahibi olan kullanıcıların Ethereum blok zincirideki ERC-20 USDC tokenlerini değiştirmelerine olanak tanıyan bir ağ geçidi (gateway) oluşturacak.<\/p>

Yazarlar, Centre’ın “yeni multi-chain yapısını kullanan uygulamalar veya entegrasyonlarla ilgilenen projelerle” haberleşmek istediğini söyleyerek, blockchain ağ operatörlerine açık bir çağrıda bulundular.<\/p>
