Son gelişmelere göre, “In re Ripple Labs Inc Litigation” davasında, Ripple Labs CEO’su Brad Garlinghouse, Ripple Labs ve XRP II LLC, mahkemeden davacıların toplu dava iddialarına ilişkin kesin bir karar vermesini ve çözüme kadar bireysel eyalet yasaları iddialarının ertelenmesini talep etti<\/a>. <\/p>

Yargıç Phyllis Hamilton ise taraflara, davanın çözümü için alternatif bir yöntem üzerinde düşünmeleri talimatını verdi.<\/p>

Hamilton, davada ilerleme kaydedebilmek adına tarafların gönüllü olarak davanın sonlandırılması ya da sınıf iddialarının temyizden sonra tekrar değerlendirilmesi gibi çözümleri gözden geçirmelerini istedi. <\/p>

Mahkeme, tarafların bu çözümlere yönelik bir anlaşmaya varmaları durumunda 4 Kasım 2024’e kadar düzeltilmiş bir karar taslağı sunmalarını bekliyor. Aksi takdirde, taraflardan bu yönde bir bildirimde bulunmalarını istedi.<\/p>

Bu arada, baş davacı Bradley Sostack ve Ripple Labs, XRP II ve Brad Garlinghouse, mahkemeden menkul kıymetler yasası ihlallerine yönelik toplu dava iddialarına kesin bir karar vermesini istedi. <\/p>

Taraflar, toplu dava iddialarının çözülmesine kadar eyalet yasalarına dayalı iddiaların durdurulmasını talep etmekte. Bu istekler, bir uzlaşma konferansının başarısız olmasının ardından geldi.<\/p>

Davanın geleceği konusunda belirsizlik sürerken, Ripple ve SEC<\/a> arasındaki çatışma da ABD İkinci Daire Temyiz Mahkemesi’nde devam ediyor. <\/p>
