ABD Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu (SEC), eToro ile yaptığı anlaşmada Ethereum’u menkul kıymet olmayan bir varlık olarak tanıdı<\/a>. <\/p>

SEC, eToro’nun Bitcoin<\/a> ve Bitcoin Cash ile birlikte Ethereum’u ticaret platformunda sürdürme kararını kabul etti. Ancak, eToro diğer birçok kripto para biriminin ticaretini durdurma kararı aldı.<\/p>

Bu anlaşmanın bir parçası olarak, eToro 1,5 milyon dolarlık cüzi bir ceza ödemeyi kabul etti. SEC, eToro’nun Borsa Kanunu’nun 15(a) Bölümünü ihlal etmekle suçladı. Bu bölüm, eToro’nun aracı kurum ve takas kurumu olarak yetkisiz hareket ettiğini iddia ediyor. <\/p>
