TBMM Genel Kurulu, 25 Haziran Salı günü haftalık çalışmalarına başlayarak, Sermaye Piyasası Kanununda yapılacak değişiklikleri içeren bir kanun teklifini gündemine alacak.<\/p>

Teklif uyarınca, kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcılarının kurulması ve işletilmesi için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu’ndan (SPK) izin almak zorunlu hale gelecek.\n<\/p>

Hizmet Sağlayıcıları Artık Beyan Vermek Zorunda<\/h2>

<\/span><\/p>

\nİzinsiz olarak kripto varlık hizmeti sunan gerçek ve tüzel kişilerin yetkililerine üç ile beş yıl arası hapis ve beş bin ile on bin gün arası adli para cezası uygulanacak.<\/p>

Ayrıca, kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcılarının yönetim kurulu başkanları, üyeleri ve diğer ilgililer, zimmet suçu işlediklerinde sekiz ile on dört yıl arası hapis ve en fazla beş bin günlük adli para cezasına çarptırılacaklar.<\/p>

Platformların, bir önceki yılın faiz gelirleri dışındaki tüm gelirlerinin yüzde biri SPK’ya, yüzde biri de TÜBİTAK bütçesine her yıl mayıs ayı sonuna kadar ödenecek.<\/p>

Kripto varlık hizmeti verenler, yürürlüğe giriş tarihinden itibaren bir ay içinde izin almak üzere başvuruda bulunacak veya müşteri haklarını koruyarak üç ay içinde tasfiye kararı alacaklarını beyan etmek zorunda olacaklar.<\/p>

Yurt dışında bulunan kripto varlık hizmet sağlayıcılar, Türkiye’deki faaliyetlerini yasanın yürürlüğe girdiği tarihten itibaren üç ay içinde sonlandıracak.\n<\/p>
