คุณนิรันดร์ ฟูวัฒนานุกูล CEO ของ Binance Thailand ได้แสดงความคิดเห็นในบทความของ Bangkok Post<\/a> ว่า ข้อเสนอด้านกฎระเบียบล่าสุดของประเทศไทยจะช่วยสร้าง “ยุคใหม่แห่งการยอมรับและความถูกต้องตามกฎหมายสำหรับสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล” และกล่าวด้วยว่า หน่วยงานกำกับดูแลของไทยกำลัง “เดินหน้าในทิศทางที่ถูกต้องและทันเวลา” เพื่อขยายขอบเขตการมีส่วนร่วมของสถาบันการเงิน<\/p>

สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ของประเทศไทย หรือ ก.ล.ต. เพิ่งจะมีการเสนอร่างกฎระเบียบที่อนุญาตให้กองทุนรวมและกองทุนส่วนบุคคลสามารถลงทุนในคริปโตเคอร์เรนซี่<\/a>ได้ ซึ่งคุณนิรันดร์ CEO ของ Binance Thailand เรียกข้อเสนอดังกล่าวของ ก.ล.ต. ว่าเป็น “ความเคลื่อนไหวที่ก้าวหน้า” เพื่อปรับตัวให้เข้ากับภูมิทัศน์คริปโตที่กำลังพัฒนา<\/p>

คุณนิรันดร์ยังกล่าวเพิ่มเติมด้วยว่า “ขั้นตอนเชิงกลยุทธ์นี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงแนวโน้มระดับโลกและนำมาซึ่งโอกาสในการยอมรับที่กว้างขึ้นและความเป็นมืออาชีพในตลาดคริปโตของไทย”<\/p>

ขณะนี้ข้อเสนอดังกล่าวกำลังอยู่ระหว่างขั้นตอนการรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากสาธารณะเกี่ยวกับการแก้ไขเกณฑ์การลงทุนของกองทุนรวมในสินทรัพย์คริปโต ซึ่งเขาเน้นย้ำว่า นี่เป็นขั้นตอนสำคัญ “ในการพัฒนาภูมิทัศน์คริปโตของไทย”<\/p>

“สิ่งนี้อาจจะเป็นการปูทางให้สถาบันการเงินไทยขยายพอร์ตการลงทุนและเปิดรับสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลในลักษณะเดียวกัน ทำให้ประเทศไทยกลายเป็นศูนย์กลางสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลของภูมิภาค”<\/p>
