<\/span><\/p>\nประเทศไทยมีการฉ้อโกงเยอะมาก โดยมิจฉาชีพที่อ้างว่าเป็นธุรกิจที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายขอการชำระเงินแบบ P2P สำหรับสินค้า<\/p>
ในเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2023 รัฐบาลไทยได้เปิดตัวศูนย์ปฏิบัติการต่อต้านการหลอกลวงออนไลน์ (AOC) เพื่อตรวจสอบการหลอกลวงออนไลน์ที่เกี่ยวข้องคริปโต<\/p>
เมื่อปีที่แล้วกระดานแลกเปลี่ยน Binance มีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยเหลือตำรวจไทยในการติดตามอาชญากรหลอกลวงสกุลเงินดิจิทัลรายใหญ่<\/p>

ด้วยเหตุนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรีเศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกรัฐมนตรีของไทยจึงออกคำสั่งเมื่อวันที่ 1 เมษายน ให้หน่วยงานของรัฐแสดงผลอย่างเป็นรูปธรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปราบปรามการฉ้อโกงทางออนไลน์ที่แพร่หลายภายใน 30 วัน<\/p>
การประชุมสรุปโดยฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องรายงานข้อมูลการหลอกลวงคริปโตที่เกี่ยวข้องต่อ AOC ประการที่สอง ธนาคารกลางและสมาคมธนาคารไทยคาดว่าจะดำเนินการทันทีภายหลังการส่งรายงาน<\/p>
