Christine Lagarde (born in 1956) is a French politician, best known for serving as the Managing Director and Chairman of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Lagarde often makes the news coming from the cryptoverse based on the comments she makes on the state and the future of the cryptocurrency market.
Lagarde graduated from the Paris West University Nanterre La Défense. She holds degrees in English, labor and social legislation. Lagarde is also an alumnus of the Institut d'études politiques in Aix-en-Provence.
