Het bedrijf, genaamd Avanti Bank<\/b>, wordt al met seed<\/i> gefinancierd en werkt samen met een groot, in Canada gevestigd blockchain-bedrijf Blockstream<\/a><\/b>, volgens 22-jarige Wall Street-veteraan Caitlin Long, mede-oprichter van de bank en van de Wyoming Blockchain Coalition<\/b>. Ze beloofde andere mede-oprichters en het team ‘snel’<\/i> te onthullen.<\/p>

De bank streeft ernaar institutionele rijkdom in de crypto-sfeer te brengen en probeert een Special Purpose Depository Institution-charter aan te vragen in Wyoming. Volgens Long is dit de optimale structuurconforme structuur in de VS voor het aanbieden van financi\u00eble diensten rond crypto voor grote institutionele beleggers.<\/p>

De mede-oprichter zei ook dat het bedrijf platformneutraal is en dat haar klanten verschillende activa kunnen kiezen buiten Bitcoin (BTC)<\/a> voor beleggingsdoeleinden. De enige vereisten voor het bedrijf zijn beveiliging en naleving van regelgeving – anders liggen alle activa op tafel.<\/p>
