Volgens Reuters<\/a>, vertelde Le Maire aan deelnemers van een blockchain-evenement in Parijs: \u201cI will propose to my European partners that we set up a single regulatory framework on crypto-assets inspired by the French experience. Our model is the right one.\u201d<\/i><\/p>

Het Franse parlement heeft vorige week voor de Pacte-wet (actieplan voor bedrijfsverandering) gestemd, een uitgebreid kader van bedrijfspraktijken met verschillende bepalingen met betrekking tot cryptocurrencies.<\/p>

Volgens de nieuwe wet moeten Franse bedrijven die in cryptocurrencies willen handelen, een certificering aanvragen – vermoedelijk van een financi\u00eble toezichthouder – en moeten ze belastingen op hun winst betalen. De overheid moet nog onthullen aan welke criteria bedrijven die deze certificering wensen te behalen, behoefte zouden hebben.<\/p>

Er wordt echter van uitgegaan dat regelgevingsinstanties van aanvragers eisen dat ze voldoen aan bepaalde managementcriteria, bedrijfsplannen indienen en zich houden aan de richtlijnen tegen het witwassen van geld.<\/p>

Volgens een Presse Citron-rapport zal de Pacte-wet Franse verzekeraars ook toestaan \u200b\u200bte investeren in cryptocurrencies voor levensverzekeringsproducten – zonder opwaartse limiet voor de waarde van hun beleggingen.<\/p>

Ondertussen, eerder in april, stelde Margarete Schramb\u00f6ck, de Oostenrijkse minister voor digitale en economische zaken, voor dat het land tegen Europese trends ingaat door zijn blockchaintechnologiesector niet gereguleerd te laten.<\/p>

Japan wil ook andere landen zijn crypto-lead laten volgen. Het land heeft een reeks crypto-wetten ge\u00efmplementeerd – en zal proberen G20<\/b>-leiders te overtuigen om een \u200b\u200binternationaal raamwerk van crypto-voorschriften te cre\u00ebren op een top die in juni dit jaar in Osaka zal worden gehouden.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
