Zouden altcoins een comeback kunnen maken van de ‘bear-run’ van het afgelopen jaar? Dit is het nieuwe hot topic in het cryptoverse, waarbij de ene kant probeert te achterhalen wat er aan de hand is, terwijl de ander probeert te beslissen of het al te laat is om te profiteren van de plotselinge ‘boom’ onder altcoins.<\/p>

In een stuk marktanalyse, senior analist Mati Greenspan van eToro<\/a><\/b>, een sociaal handelsplatform, schrijft dat: \u201cBecause we\u2019re coming off a particularly harsh winter, we can\u2019t exactly expect conditions to warm up immediately and turn to summer without any transition phase.\u201d<\/i> Op Twitter voegde hij daar aan toe: \u201cIt’s [altcoin] season. We don’t ask why. Just say thanks and take the gains as they come.\u201d <\/i><\/p>

Zijn mening is vergelijkbaar met wat velen geloven: dat altcoins terug zijn, maar er is nog een weg te gaan totdat een echte bull run begint.<\/p>

De populaire cryptocurrency-handelaar Nik Patel, auteur van het boek Handboek van An Altcoin Trader, ging op Twitter om uit te leggen wat hij denkt dat op dit moment gebeurt: \u201cBTC<\/a> is now as cheap as it was in Q2 2017. Many altcoins are even cheaper than they were back then. Does it not then make sense that, irrespective of what Bitcoin does over the next ~3 months, it is likely that we get a cyclical shift in altcoins to capitalise on this scenario? However, unlike the altcoin bull run of Jan \u201818, where we should have been paying attention to ALTUSD prices, because of the decline in BTC, we now need to revert attention to ALTBTC prices.\u201d<\/i><\/p>
