De regulator leverde de omwisseling twee orders voor bedrijfsopschorting: \u00e9\u00e9n in maart en de andere in april. De overheidsinstantie is van mening dat de FSHO zich niet heeft gehouden aan de strenge antiwitwaspraktijken, buitensporige hoeveelheden anonimiteit heeft aangeboden aan haar klanten en per Nihon Keizai Shimbun gelooft de FSA dat de uitwisseling een &quot;slordige&quot; organisatiestructuur heeft.<\/p><p>Mediagroep TBS rapporteert dat belanghebbenden van mening zijn dat de FSHO zich niet voldoende heeft ingespannen om haar problemen op te lossen of haar activiteiten sinds april te verbeteren, wat betekent dat als het niet gebeurt <i>\u201cvoluntarily withdraw its application by the
