BTC, ETH, XRP en SOL vallen onder digitale grondstoffen. Dat onderscheid is belangrijk, omdat grondstoffen onder een ander toezichtregime vallen dan effecten. Het rapport verwijst ernaar als jurisprudentie die hielp om de grenzen tussen effecten en grondstoffen te verduidelijken. De <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.cryptonews.com\/crypto\/xrp-ripple-koers-verwachting\/\">XRP koers verwachting<\/a> wordt hierdoor positiever, omdat de juridische onzekerheid rond XRP afneemt.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duidelijkheid voor crypto mining, staking en airdrops<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p>Het rapport geeft expliciet aan dat crypto mining, staking, airdrops en wrapping geen effecten transacties zijn. Dat klinkt technisch, maar de gevolgen zijn groot:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Staking beloningen vallen niet onder effectenwetgeving<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mining activiteiten krijgen duidelijke juridische status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airdrops worden behandeld als distributie, niet als verkoop<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wrapping van tokens is geen nieuwe uitgifte van een effect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De <a href=\"https:\/\/nl.cryptonews.com\/crypto\/bitcoin-koers-verwachting\/\">Bitcoin koers<\/a> profiteert van deze juridische zekerheid<\/li>\n<\/ul><p>Bitcoin investeerders die staken of minen, weten nu waar ze aan toe zijn. De onzekerheid die jarenlang boven de sector hing, verdwijnt hiermee grotendeels.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">BTC koers en het historische patroon<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p>Onze analyse laat zien dat de Bitcoin koers een patroon volgt dat sterk lijkt op 2017 en 2021. In beide jaren vormde BTC een basis in een smal bereik voordat een parabolische stijging volgde. De huidige BTC koers beweegt al weken tussen $65.000 en $70.000. Dat zijwaartse bereik is typisch voor een accumulatiefase.<\/p><p>cpp_crypto_chart coin_symbol=&#8221;btc&#8221;]\n\n\n\n<\/p><p>De structuur is nagenoeg identiek aan eerdere cycli. Na de basisvorming volgde telkens een uitbraak die de vorige piek ver overtrof. <\/p><p>De <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptoquant.com\/asset\/btc\/chart\/exchange-flows\/exchange-reserve\">exchange reserve data op CryptoQuant<\/a> toont dat BTC van crypto exchanges verdwijnt. Als het patroon zich herhaalt, kan de Bitcoin koers in de tweede helft van 2026 richting een nieuwe Bitcoin all time high bewegen.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat dit rapport verandert<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p>De classificatie als digitale grondstof geeft institutionele partijen duidelijkheid. Pensioenfondsen, verzekeraars en vermogensbeheerders hebben namelijk heldere juridische kaders nodig voordat ze instappen. Dit rapport biedt dat kader.
