De Ethereum koers<\/a> beweegt rond $4400 en staat daarmee dicht bij het all-time high van $4953. In de afgelopen 24 uur daalde de waarde met ongeveer 7%, terwijl de koers in de afgelopen week met circa 3% steeg. Over de afgelopen maand noteert Ethereum een stijging van bijna 18%. De totale marketcap ligt nu rond $552 miljard. Kan de ETH prijs binnenkort weer verder stijgen?<\/p>

De Ethereum koers en institutionele instroom<\/h2><\/span>

Uit on-chain data blijkt dat grote investeerders via ETH ETF\u2019s actief blijven. Op 25 augustus stroomde er volgens SoSoValue<\/a> $341 miljoen naar deze fondsen. Het totaal beheerd vermogen van Ethereum ETF\u2019s ligt nu boven de $30,5 miljard.<\/p>

Eerder deze maand waren er kortstondige uitstroom periodes, maar die zijn inmiddels omgekeerd. Deze instroom toont aan dat vooral institutionele partijen vertrouwen houden in Ethereum. Deze producten maken het eenvoudiger voor traditionele beleggers om blootstelling te krijgen aan ETH tokens.<\/p>

Een groei in actieve blockchain adressen op Ethereum<\/h2><\/span>

Naast de ETF\u2019s groeit ook de activiteit op de Ethereum blockchain zelf. Het aantal actieve adressen<\/a> is sinds mei 2024 gestegen van ongeveer 300.000 naar ruim 432.000. Dit wijst op meer gebruik van het netwerk en een grotere groep deelnemers.<\/p>

Een stijging van actieve blockchain adressen betekent dat er meer transacties plaatsvinden en dat meer gebruikers interactie hebben met smart contracts en applicaties. In het verleden liep deze ontwikkeling vaak gelijk met periodes waarin de Ethereum koers langer opwaarts bleef bewegen.<\/p>

Technische analyses van de ETH koers<\/h2><\/span>

Technisch gezien consolideert de Ethereum prijs na een mislukte poging om het all-time high te doorbreken. De Bollinger Bands, die de volatiliteit meten, zijn wijder geworden. Dit duidt op grotere prijsschommelingen.<\/p>

De ETH prijs zakte vanaf de bovenste band terug richting het midden, rond $4400. Dat niveau fungeert nu als een steunlijn. Zolang de bulls erin slagen boven dit punt stand te houden, kan er opnieuw ruimte ontstaan voor een test richting $5000.<\/p>

Meme coins als goed alternatief voor Ethereum<\/h2><\/span>

Voor investeerders die op zoek zijn naar meer volatiliteit en potentieel hoge winsten, bieden meme coins een interessant alternatief.
