De SEC vs. Ripple rechtszaak begon in december 2020 met de aanklacht dat Ripple ongereguleerde effecten verkocht aan investeerders. De CEO van Ripple noemt het einde van de rechtszaak een overwinning voor de crypto sector.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De XRP koers is gisteren tot wel 13% gestegen na de aankondiging en ligt deze ochtend nog 8,2% hoger op het niveau van $2,50. Nadat de SEC meerdere rechtszaken heeft afgelast, wordt dit gezien als positief voor de hele sector. Betekent het einde van de rechtszaak dat er een nieuwe crypto rally op komst is?<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activiteit op XRP Ledger schiet omhoog na einde Ripple rechtszaak<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brad Garlinghouse, de CEO van Ripple, deelde gisteren op social media dat de SEC zijn aanklacht tegen Ripple heeft laten vallen. Vanaf het moment dat de rechtszaak begon in december 2020, dacht Garlinghouse al dat Ripple deze rechtszaak zou winnen. Ondanks toenemende verkoopdruk, ligt de koers deze ochtend nog steeds boven $2,50. Mogelijk maakt hij zich het komende weekend of de volgende week klaar voor een stijging naar $3+.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Een andere interessante ontwikkeling is een scherpe stijging in activiteit op de XRP Ledger. Deze activiteit is sinds het einde van februari al omhoog gegaan, maar bereikte gisteren nieuwe hoogtepunten. De activiteit alleen is niet genoeg om een nieuwe crypto rally te veroorzaken, maar kan hier wel aan bijdragen <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dit is wat Ripple potentie geeft om de komende dagen nog naar $3 te stijgen. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Analyse XRP koers<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/nl\/crypto\/xrp-ripple-koers-verwachting\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">XRP koers<\/a> is gisteren opnieuw boven zijn 30-daagse moving average geklommen bij het niveau van $2,38. Ripple ligt nu boven zowel zijn 30-daagse (geel) als 200-daagse (blauw) moving averages. Dit geeft aan dat XRP sterk presteert aan het begin van 2025, ondanks de crypto dip.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Momenteel lijkt XRP een resistance level te testen tussen $2,50 en $2,55, gevolgd door een mogelijke weerstand rond $2,60. Als hij deze support verliest, dreigt de koers verder te zakken richting $2,20, mogelijk als de crypto markt daalt.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toch is het vooruitzicht voor XRP positief nadat Gary Gensler, de voormalige voorzitter van de SEC is opgestapt. Nu de VS een meer crypto-vriendelijk land wordt en zorgt voor duidelijke crypto regulering, kan het vertrouwen in XRP verder toenemen. Dit maakt een stijging naar $5 of zelfs $10 mogelijk richting het einde van 2025.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op korte termijn is het belangrijk om het niveau rond $2,50 in de gaten te houden. Een rejection kan leiden tot dalingen richting $2,38, maar een breakout kan leiden tot stijgingen tot $3 in de komende week.<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alternatief voor XRP<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het einde van de Ripple rechtszaak is dus ook positief voor de hele crypto sector. Momenteel zijn er nog veel ondergewaardeerde altcoins die wellicht veel winst op kunnen leveren in de komende weken en maanden.
