금융위원회(FSC)가 9월 20일에 가상자산 2단계 입법을 적극 지원하겠다고 약속했다. <\/p>

디지털투데이 보도<\/a>에 따르면 FSC가 가상자산법 2단계 입법과 관련해 전통 금융권의 침투가 가속화되며 공평한 운동장을 마련할 필요가 있다고 강조하며 사업 활동 규제 및 법인과 기관에 대한 실명 계좌 발급을 중점으로 삼아야 한다고 말했다. <\/p>

2단계 입법은 증권형 토큰, 중앙은행 발행 디지털 화폐(CBDC) 등의 규제적 사안을 다루면서 동시에 글로벌 규제와의 적합성과 강력한 투자자 보호를 고려할 것으로 알려졌다. <\/p>

금융위원회는 최근 진행된 논의에서 규제 프레임워크를 시급하게 도입할 필요성이 대두되어 2단계 입법 지지 의사를 밝히게 되었다. <\/p>
