\"금융위국내 금융 당국이 “가상자산 불공정 거래”를 본격적으로 조사하기 위한 체계를 출범한다. <\/span>대한경제 보도<\/span><\/a>에 따르면, 금융위원회(FSC)에서 7월 7일에 새로운 “조사 체계”를 마련해 7월 19일부터 가동한다. <\/span><\/p>

국내 금융당국, 이번 달에 새로운 조사 체계 운영 시작<\/strong><\/h2>

<\/span>새로운 불공정 거래 조사 체계는 <\/span>가상자산이용자보호법<\/span><\/a>이 시행되는 날에 맞추어 가동된다. <\/span>금융위원회는 금융감독원(FSS) 등 다른 국내 주요 규제당국과 긴밀히 협조하여 조사에 임할 예정이다. <\/span>당국은 “불공정 가상자산 거래”라고 지칭하는 일련의 행위를 조사할 “전담조직”을 공동 신설하는 등 대비해왔다고 밝혔다. <\/span>“불공정 가상자산 거래”에는 미공개 정보를 이용한 거래, 시세 조종 거래 등이 포함된다. <\/span>또한 가상자산사업자가 자신의 이익을 위해 자기발행코인을 거래하는 행위도 조사 대상이다. <\/span>당국은 <\/span>가상자산 거래소<\/span><\/a>로부터 받는 데이터와<\/span> FSS의 새로운 신고센터<\/span><\/a>를 통해 받은 의심 제보 등을 활용할 계획이다. <\/span><\/p>
