암호화폐 거래소 파산 시 사용자의 잔고를 보호하는 새로운 규정<\/a> 덕분에 다음 달부터 국내 암호화폐 투자자들은 더욱 안심할 수 있게 될 것이다.<\/p>

금융위원회(FSC)는 화요일 정부가 국내 디지털 자산 시장에 대한 신뢰를 높이기 위한 시행령을 승인했다고 발표했다.<\/p>

최근 통과된 가상자산 관련 법안은 거래소 파산 시 사용자 잔고에 대한 안전망 그 이상을 제공한다. 이는 국가에서 암호화폐를 보더 더 효과적으로 규제하기 위한 광범위한 노력의 일환이다. 7월 19일부터 시행되는 이 법안은 가상자산을 명확하게 정의하고 분류할 것으로 보인다. 또한 불공정 거래 관행에 대처하기 위한 메커니즘을 구축할 것이다.<\/p>
