한국 국회가 가상자산 세법이 발효되기 6개월 전에 이 법을 “폐지”할 수도 있다.<\/p>

한국경제<\/a>에 따르면 국회 입법조사처가 최근 발간한 ‘국회 입법정책 가이드북’은 가상자산 세법 ‘폐지’ 가능성을 언급한다.\n<\/p>

국회, 가상자산 세법 연기 혹은 폐지?<\/h2>

<\/span><\/p>

\n한국 국회는 금융투자소득세 폐지를 추진하고 있다. 그러나 일각에서는 가상자산과 주식과 유사한 상품으로 여겨지는 만큼 금투세 폐지는 과세형평성에 어긋나는 조치라고 주장했다. 가이드북은 다음과 같이 명시한다:\n<\/p>

“금투세 시행 여부에 대한 논의와 연계해 가상자산소득 과세제도의 시행 여부 및 시행 시기를 결정할 필요가 있다.”<\/p><\/blockquote>

\n국회 입법조사처는 일각에서 “가상자산은 주식과 비슷한 투자 대상”이라고 분석했다.<\/p>

그리고 “가상자산이 주식과 매우 유사하게 거래된다”고 주장했다:\n<\/p>

“금투세 폐지 시 과세형평성을 감안하면 가상자산 소득도 유예하거나 폐지해야 한다는 의견이 있을 수 있다.”<\/p><\/blockquote>

\n의원들은 앞서 연간 250만원(약 1810달러) 이상의 암호화폐 ‘소득’에 대한 20%과세를 연기하기로 의결한 바 있다.<\/p>
