\n로빈후드는 월요일 법원에 제출한 서류<\/a>에서 “2024년 5월 4일, RHC는 SEC(‘스태프’)로부터 스태프가 1934년 증권거래법 15(a)조와 17(a)조 위반 혐의로 RHC에 대한 집행 조치를 제기할 것을 권고하는 ‘가결정’을 내렸다는 내용의 ‘웰스 노티스’를 받았다”고 밝혔다.<\/p>

웰스 노티스는 SEC가 집행 조치를 취할 수 있음을 알리는 일종의 사전 통지서로 암호화폐 관련 기업들에게 큰 법적 문제를 의미할 수 있다.<\/p>
