코인베이스는 그레이스케일이 신청한 이더리움(ETH) 트러스트 현물 거래 상품(ETP) 승인을 지지하는 의견서를 SEC에 제출<\/a>했다.<\/p>

약 27페이지 양의 지지서에서 코인베이스의 최고 법무 책임자인 폴 그루왈(Paul Grewal)은 증권거래위원회(SEC)가 이더 기반의 ETP를 승인해야 하는 법적, 기술적, 경제적 근거를 설명했다.<\/p>

코인베이스는 이더를 증권이 아닌 상품으로 분류해야 한다는 중요성을 강조했다.<\/p>

이어서 거래소는 상품선물거래위원회(CFTC)의 이더 선물 승인, SEC 관계자들의 발언, 법원의 판결과 같은 내용을 언급하며 이더리움이 승인해야 되는 이유를 증거로 제출했다.\n<\/p>
