\n미국 증권 거래 위원회(SEC)는 지난 10일 비트코인 ETF 현물 신청 11건에 대한 승인<\/a>을 발표했다.<\/p>

ETF 승인을 받은 신청사는 발키리(Valkyrie), 그레이스케일(Grayscale), 블랙록(Blackrock), 비트와이즈(Bitwise), 반에크(VanEck), 위즈덤트리(WisdomTree), 피델리티(Fidelity), 아크(ARK), 인베스코(Invesco), 해시덱스(Hashdex) 그리고 프랭클린(Franklin)이다.<\/p>

SEC의 승인에 따라 이 회사들은 다양한 비트코인 현물 주식을 상장하고 거래<\/strong>할 수 있다. 게리 겐슬러 SEC 회장은 2023년 소송 패배가 이번 ETF 승인 이유의 일부라고 말했다.<\/p>

미국 내 비트코인 현물 ETF 승인을 위한 여정은 길었다. 윙 클보스 형제와 관련된 한 회사는 2013년에 이 상품을 처음으로 신청했다. 그러나 SEC는 해당 신청뿐만 아니라 몇몇 다른 신청들을 거부했다.<\/p>

하지만 전통적인 금융 대기업인 블랙록이 BTC ETF를 신청<\/a>하자 판도가 바뀌었다. 블랙록의 ETF 신청은 프랭클린·피델리티 같은 다른 저명한 기업들의 참여를 촉진했다.<\/p>

SEC는 발행사들에게 막판 수정 등 까다로운 요구<\/strong>를 해왔다. 비트코인 현물 ETF 승인이 공식 발표되기 하루 전 SEC의 X 계정이 승인 사실을 알리는 게시물을 올렸다.그러나 SEC는 X 계정을 해킹당했다고 주장했다.<\/p>
