미국의 주요 상장지수펀드(ETF) 운용사 프로셰어즈(Proshares)가 인버스 이더리움 ETF를 출시했다.<\/p>

새로운 ETF의 정식 이름은 프로셰어즈 숏 이더 전략 ETF(ProShares Short Ether Strategy ETF)로 티커 $SETH를 사용하며 투자자가 이더 가격 하락 시에도 이익을 얻을 수 있도록 한다.<\/p>

이더(Ether)는 스마트 계약 기반의 이더리움 블록체인을 구동하는 네이티브 토큰이다. 이더리움은 디파이<\/a>, NFT, 및 전반적 웹3 산업에서 가장 널리 사용되는 지배적 블록체인이다.<\/p>

$SETH는 뉴욕증권거래소에서 거래할 수 있으며 기저 벤치마크 자산인 스탠더드 앤드 푸어스 CME 이더 선물 지일일 수익률의 -1배를 추종한다.<\/p>

앞으로 프로셰어즈 신규 인버스 이더리움 ETF에 투자금이 얼마나 유입되는지 지켜볼 만하며, 유입 자금의 증가는 이더리움 약세를 시사할 수 있다.<\/p>

그러나 숏 이더리움 ETF 상품에 유입되는 자금이 증가하면 이더리움의 기관 채택이 증가하는 의미가 될 수도 있다.<\/p>

\n이더리움은 현재 $1,881달러 부근에서 거래되고 있으며 지난주 미국 고용 지표 발표<\/a> 소식을 소화한 후 주말 사이 상승했다.<\/p>

이더리움은 몇 개월 만의 고점 수준을 기록하고 있다. 10월 말 현물 비트코인 ETF 승인에 관한 기대감으로 전체 가상화폐 시장이 랠리한 것과 맥락을 함께 한다.<\/p>

이와 같은 기관 채택 낙관론은 당분간 이어질 것으로 보이며 연준 정책과 미국 경제 지표 발표 후 거시경제적 환경도 긍정적으로 작용<\/a>하고 있다.<\/p>

만약 이더가 하락 추세를 돌파해 2023년 고점을 회복한다면 다시 1년 고점인 $2,000까지 랠리할 가능성이 있다.<\/p>
