한국 검찰이 암호화폐를 보유한 여성을 납치 살인한 4명의 피고인에게 사형을 구형했다. <\/p>

해당 사건은 올해 3월 강남구에서 발생했다. <\/p>

피해자는 암호화폐 관련 회사에서 근무하며 비트코인 등 암호화폐를 큰 규모로 보유한 것으로 알려졌다. <\/p>

피고인들은 서울중앙지법 재판에서 피해자의 죽음이 사고라고 주장했지만, 납치와 암호화폐 갈취 혐의는 인정했다. <\/p>

한국은 1997년 이후 사형을 집행한 적 없다. 그렇다고 사형 제도를 공식적으로 폐지한 상태도 아니다. <\/p>

현재 60명 가까운 수형자가 사형 집행을 기다리고 있다. <\/p>

검찰은 피해자가 납치된 지 몇 지나 대전 인근 댐에서 시신을 수습한 후 용의자로 7명을 구속했다.<\/p>

검찰은 이경우와 황대한이 피해자를 살해할 때 도운 혐의를 받는 연지호에게도 무기징역을 구형했다. <\/p>

검찰측은 이경우와 황대한이 사전에 범행을 준비하고 계획했다고 주장했다. <\/p>

그들은 또한 연상원과 황은희가 이씨를 비롯한 피고인에 범행 착수금 7,000만원을 지급했다고 설명했다. <\/p>

검찰은 최종 변론에서 다음과 같이 전했다:<\/p>

8월에 이경우는 이전의 자백을 번복<\/a>하며 수사기관이 강요했다고 주장했다. <\/p>

검찰은 또한 이경우의 부인에게도 살인에 쓰인 향정신성의약품을 제공한 혐의로 징역 5년을 구형했다. <\/p>

또한 피해자의 동선을 파악해 범행에 조력했지만 살인 범행 직전에 포기한 다른 공범에 징역 7년을 구형했다. <\/p>
