미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)가 바이낸스와 진행하고 있는 소송에서 바이낸스US가 SEC에 제기한 이의서에 대하여 SEC가 기각을 요청하며 사건이 새로운 국면에 접어들게 되었다. <\/span><\/p>

SEC는 법원 제출 문서에서<\/span><\/a> ”SEC는 법원이 BAM에 지갑 수탁 소프트웨어 및 관련 서비스를 제공하는 주체에 관한 문서와 소통 자료 등을 공급할 것을 공개하도록 강제하기를 요청한다.”라고 주장했다. <\/span><\/p>

SEC는 바이낸스US가 “주요 사실에 관한 일관되지 않은 정보를 제공하고 있으며 일부 문서를 고의로 천천히 제공하며 고객 자산 수탁과 관련한 의심스러운 부분을 밝힐 만한 정보에 관한 진술을 거부하고 있다”라고 주장했다. <\/span>위원회는 자오를<\/span><\/a> “스스로를 법원의 관할권 밖에 있다고 생각하는 자”라고 표현했다. <\/span><\/p>
