디지털 자산 거래소 바이비트(Bybit)가 영국 금융감독청(이하 FCA)에서 10월 8일부터 새로 시행하는 규제로 인해 영국을 떠나는 방안을 고려 중인 것으로 나타났다. <\/span><\/p>

바이비트 CEO 벤 조우(Ben Zhou)는 몇 주 후 시행될 예정인 새로운 마케팅 법안이 시장을 조여오며 영국 시장에서 철회하는 것이 불가피할 수 있다고 설명했다. <\/span><\/p>

“확실히 규제가 점점 강화되고 있다. 높은 확률로, 많은 국가에서 후퇴해야 할 수 있다. 영국에서는 조만간 철회할 것이라 생각한다. 최근에 프랑스에서도 철회했다.”<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>

9월 11일에 가상화폐 거래소 루노(Luno)는 새로운 FCA 규제가 시행되기 이틀 전인 10월 6일부터 일부 고객의 투자를 중단할 계획을 발표했다. <\/span><\/p>

루노의 정책 수석 닉 테일러(Nick Taylor)는 “FCA가 암호화폐 회사에 적용할 새로운 법안을 배포했다. 그 결과 영국 고객에게 서비스를 제공하는 암호화폐 회사들은 새로운 규제를 준수할 수 있도록 플랫폼을 수정하고 있다. 루노의 경우, 이러한 변경 사안에 일부 고객의 투자를 제한하는 계획도 포함된다.”라고 전했다.<\/span><\/p>
