Web3.0ソリューション企業のG.U.Group株式会社は10日、あおぞら銀行とステーブルコイン発行の検討に関する基本合意書を締結した<\/a>。<\/p>

両社は信託機能を活用した特定信託受益権型ステーブルコインの発行を目指す。<\/p>

さらにG.U.Groupは、あおぞらHYBRID3号投資事業有限責任組合から、日本初となるトークン転換権付き社債による総額1.5億円の資金調達を完了した。これにより同社グループの累計調達額は約10億円に達した。\n<\/p>
