一方、日本では依然として仮想通貨の上場投資信託（ETF）の承認は行われていない。金融庁は慎重な姿勢を崩しておらず、仮想通貨が投資信託法における「特定資産」に含まれていないため、現時点では日本国内でビットコインETF<\/a>などを販売することはできない。<\/p>
