Il co-fondatore di Tether<\/strong> e CEO di BLOCKv Reeve Collins ha affermato: “Credo fermamente che tether sia completamente supportata<\/strong> e che non ci saranno mai problemi a riscattarla”.<\/p>

Tether è “supportata 1:1” dalle riserve<\/h2><\/span>

Parlando in un’intervista con la CNBC lunedì, Collins ha affermato che la popolare stablecoin tether (USDT)<\/a> è “ancora supportata 1:1” dalle riserve<\/strong>, anche se ha notato che questo supporto non è più solo denaro contante in un conto bancario.<\/p>

Collins ha ulteriormente rassicurato gli spettatori sul fatto che “se mai ci fosse una crisi di liquidità o 10 miliardi di dollari che stanno cercando di essere riscattati”, tether onorerà la sua promessa di riscattare.<\/p>

Tuttavia, Collins<\/i> ha ammesso che in teoria potrebbe sorgere un problema se tutti i token circolanti venissero riscattati contemporaneamente, dato che la stablecoin è supportata da una varietà di strumenti finanziari che potrebbero richiedere tempo per essere liquidati.<\/p>
