Un investitore della piattaforma blockchain Telegram Open Network (TON) interrotta da Telegram <\/b> ritiene che la mente del progetto non sia ancora pronta ad abbandonare la sua non riuscita offerta iniziale (ICO) – e incoraggia Telegram a tornare agli affari cripto con rinnovato vigore.<\/p>

In un articolo <\/a> per Forbes Russia, Pavel Cherkashin, partner di gestione di Mindrock Capital <\/b> e GVA Capital <\/b> nonchè uno degli investitori della condannata TON ICO da 1,7 miliardi di dollari, ha scritto della sua avventura con TON.<\/p>

Lui ritiene che una faida amara che coinvolge il capo di Facebook <\/b> Mark Zuckerberg fosse la vera ragione del fallimento di TON, confermato all’inizio di questa settimana <\/a>, ed ha invitato il capo di Telegram Pavel Durov a tornare al progetto in qualche modo.<\/p>

Cherkashin ha scritto,<\/p>

“Considerami un ottimista senza speranza, ma spero ancora che Pavel Durov si inventerà una mossa intelligente per rimediare a questa situazione.”<\/p>\r\n<\/blockquote>

L’investitore ha aggiunto che Telegram potrebbe ancora scegliere di lanciarsi in IPO nel tentativo di raccogliere fondi, ripagare i suoi debiti con gli investitori o di emettere azioni senza diritto di voto per gli investitori ICO, magari tornando in qualche modo al progetto e “dando un calcio in culo a Zuckerberg “.<\/p>

L’investitore ha aggiunto che Durov non “vorrebbe passare alla storia come un uomo che ha mobilitato centinaia di milioni di persone per il suo progetto, ma poi è fuggito sul suo yacht non appena è stato messo sotto torchio”.<\/p>

Tuttavia, Cherkashin ha ammesso che potrebbe esserci una lunga battaglia legale per Durov e Telegram, scrivendo,<\/p>

Cherkashin ha anche affermato che Zuckerberg aveva sostanzialmente copiato la sua idea di Libra dal piano TON di Durov. Ha dichiarato che il capo di Facebook era furioso che il suo progetto americano fosse deragliato mentre il progetto TON di Durov con sede in Russia fosse stato lasciato andare senza controllo – un fatto che lo ha portato a rimproverare i regolatori americani sulla questione.<\/p>
