Entrambe le società sono già in trattative su questo potenziale accordo, ha confermato a Cryptonews.com <\/i>una fonte vicina alla situazione. Il piano dopo la fusione è mantenere il marchio Quorum e la tecnologia open source, ha aggiunto Reuters citando una delle fonti. Non sono stati forniti ulteriori dettagli sulla fusione.<\/p>

JPMorgan ha creato internamente la blockchain Quorum utilizzando la rete Ethereum (ETH) <\/a>, mentre ConsenSys è stata fondata dal co-fondatore di Ethereum Joseph Lubin. Secondo Reuters, JPMorgan aveva in mente di realizzare Quorum da circa due anni.<\/p>
