Tra questi ultimi c&#8217;\u00e8 <strong>Greg Xethalis<\/strong> che ha spiegato che le scadenze di ottobre &#8211; la prima della quale \u00e8 fissata per il 19 &#8211; sono <strong>prevalentemente procedurali<\/strong> e non r<strong>appresentano date di lancio effettive<\/strong>. Ha inoltre sottolineato che \u00e8 necessario che il governo statunitense &#8220;riapra&#8221; per consentire ulteriori progressi.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Timeline di revisione della SEC fraintesa a causa dello shutdown<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p>In un recente post su X, Xethalis ha chiarito la confusione riguardo alla gestione da parte della SEC dei prodotti negoziati in borsa (ETP) su criptovalute, inclusi quelli legati a <strong>XRP, Solana e Litecoin<\/strong>. Egli ha spiegato che, sebbene le <strong>domande 19b-4<\/strong> siano tecnicamente diventate efficaci secondo i <strong>Generic Listing Standards (GLS)<\/strong>, questo <strong>non innesca automaticamente il lancio dei prodotti<\/strong>. <\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">There\u2019s some confusion around the SEC and spot ETPs.  <br><br>Quick update for folks \u2014&gt; Basically we\u2019re waiting on the government to reopen (probably).<br><br>Litecoin 19b4 deadline was Oct 2. Non va dimenticato che la commissione ha messo in pausa le approvazioni degli ETF su crypto a causa dello shutdown del governo USA.<\/p><p>\u201cFondamentalmente, stiamo aspettando che il governo riapra,\u201d ha detto Xethalis che ha aggiunto che, sebbene gli emittenti possano tecnicamente rimuovere modifiche ritardanti per attivare i loro filing dopo 20 giorni, <strong>borse come NYSE Arca, CBOE BZX e Nasdaq<\/strong> potrebbero comunque rimandare le quotazioni fino a quando la SEC non riprende formalmente le operazioni.<\/p><p>In breve, l\u2019esperto ha invitato gli investitori a <strong>ignorare le date 19b-4 di ottobre<\/strong>, sottolineando che rappresentano <strong>traguardi procedurali<\/strong>, non scadenze di lancio.<\/p><p>Una volta che le operazioni riprenderanno, la SEC concentrer\u00e0 la sua attenzione su un calendario gi\u00e0 affollato di proposte di ETF su XRP. Le revisioni includono <strong>Bitwise, Canary Capital, CoinShares e WisdomTree<\/strong> e sono programmate fino al 24 ottobre.
