Una decisione che ha costretto l&#8217;Europa ad accelerare sulla sperimentazione. <\/p><p>Secondo alcune indiscrezioni l&#8217;UE potrebbe adottare regole pi\u00f9 severe <strong>rendendo non conformi le stablecoin statunitensi.<\/strong> Ma quanto c&#8217;\u00e8 di vero in questa affermazione? Scopriamolo insieme.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le regole MiCA e le stablecoin in USD nell\u2019UE<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p>In realt\u00e0, il messaggio che arriva dall&#8217;UE non \u00e8 quello di <strong>vietare<\/strong>, ma piuttosto di costruire un quadro normativo rigoroso per renderle pi\u00f9 sicure e affidabili.<\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83c\uddea\ud83c\uddfa NEW: ECB President Christine Lagarde warns of liquidity risks from non-EU stablecoins, calling for &quot;robust equivalence regimes&quot; to ensure foreign stablecoin issuers can meet EU redemption demands during potential investor runs. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/dqTwaPgrEl\">pic.twitter.com\/dqTwaPgrEl<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Cointelegraph (@Cointelegraph) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Cointelegraph\/status\/1963414457205367051?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 4, 2025<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure><p>L&#8217;idea sarebbe quella di integrare le stablecoin statunitensi nel mercato europeo, a patto che <strong>rispettino le regole del MiCA.<\/strong> In soldoni, significa che le &#8220;riserve&#8221; devono essere basate su investimenti in Europa, e devono avere una maggiore trasparenza.<\/p><p>Insomma, piuttosto che bloccare le stablecoin in dollari, l\u2019Europa sta creando le condizioni perch\u00e9 possano crescere in maniera pi\u00f9 responsabile e sostenibile.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Euro digitale: la prossima fase di innovazione per l\u2019Europa<\/h2><span class=\"replacer\"><\/span><p>Accanto alle nuove regole per le stablecoin straniere, la BCE <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/it\/news\/la-bce-per-leuro-digitale-utilizzera-la-blockchain-di-xrp\/\">sta accelerando i lavori sull\u2019euro digitale<\/a><\/strong>, una valuta sovrana basata su blockchain e progettata per rafforzare l\u2019indipendenza finanziaria europea.<\/p><p>Un lancio di successo offrirebbe ai cittadini europei un\u2019alternativa sicura e stabile per i pagamenti, riducendo la dipendenza dalle stablecoin estere. <\/p><p>Non tutti sono per\u00f2 ottimisti sul ruolo delle stablecoin e delle CBDC. Durante la 9\u00aa Conferenza annuale dell\u2019European Systemic Risk Board, ci sono state anche voci discordanti.
