Questo non &egrave; quello che troviamo su Binance&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>\nLa SEC ha intentato una<strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/cryptonews.com\/it\/news\/la-sec-cita-in-giudizio-binance-e-il-mercato-crolla-che-cosa-succede\/\">causa contro Binance.US<\/a><\/strong> accusandola di violazioni della legge sui titoli, manipolazione del mercato e offerta di servizi illegali ai clienti statunitensi dalla sua piattaforma internazionale.<\/p><p>Tra le numerose accuse vi &egrave; quella secondo cui Binance.US avrebbe gestito in modo scorretto gli asset degli utenti.<\/p><p>In particolare, Binance aveva un&#8217;organizzazione affiliata controllata dal CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ), chiamata &#8220;Sigma Chain&#8221;, che secondo la SEC avrebbe effettuato &#8220;wash trading&#8221;, gonfiando artificialmente il volume degli scambi di criptovalute sulla piattaforma Binance.US.<\/p><p>La documentazione ha anche rivelato che un&#8217;altra organizzazione affiliata, <strong>Merit Peaked Limited,<\/strong> avrebbe &#8220;mescolato&#8221; miliardi di dollari provenienti sia da Binance sia da Binance.US.<\/p><p>Nonostante le due entit&agrave; internazionali e statunitensi dovessero operare separatamente, Gensler ha sottolineato che entrambe sono controllate in ultima istanza da CZ.<\/p><p>Il presidente della SEC ha paragonato queste dinamiche interne a quelle osservate con<strong> FTX e Alameda Research.<\/strong>\n<\/p><blockquote><p>&#8220;I fondatori delle piattaforme stanno cercando di accumulare ricchezza per s&eacute; stessi e per i propri investitori attraverso organizzazioni collegate, hedge fund o addirittura&#8230; tradendo&nbsp; i propri clienti&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote><p>\nGensler ha poi discusso dei<strong> cambiamenti necessari<\/strong> per il settore delle criptovalute. Ha affermato che dovr&agrave; &#8220;conformarsi alla politica pubblica di base&#8221; in termini di trasparenza delle informazioni, gestione dei conflitti di interesse, separazione dei fondi dei clienti e lotta alle frodi e alle manipolazioni.<\/p><p>Ha avvertito che senza tali misure, l&#8217;intero settore <strong>rischia di crollare<\/strong> come un castello di carte.<\/p><p><strong>Leggi
