Aujourd’hui, la société Lugh<\/strong><\/a> annonce le lancement réussi de son stablecoin ” EURL ” sur la solution de Layer 2 Polygon. <\/p>

La société Lugh a lancé en mars 2021, l’EURL, le premier stablecoin français adossé à l’euro, en partenariat avec Coinhouse<\/strong><\/a>, un acteur français de premier plan dans les investissements en crypto-actifs pour les particuliers et les investisseurs professionnels, dans un environnement de confiance construit avec des experts clés tels que la Société Générale<\/strong>. <\/p>

Après 18 mois d’exploitation sur la blockchain Tezos <\/strong>puis Ethereum<\/strong>, Lugh continue d’affirmer sa volonté d’être multichain<\/i>. Avec des gas fees <\/i>extrêmement faibles et la compatibilité EVM du réseau Polygon, ce lancement devrait rendre possible de nouveaux cas d’usage pour Lugh, à l’instar du paiement sans frictions. <\/p>

L’écosystème Polygon est l’un des plus importants en matière de DeFi et de NFT avec plus de 37 000 Dapps. Ce déploiement permet donc à Lugh de se connecter à la fois à un large écosystème crypto mais aussi à des acteurs traditionnels en transition vers le web3 (Starbucks, Instagram, Adidas…). <\/p>

Lugh réaffirme enfin à travers ce lancement sa volonté de construire un stablecoin euro « propre » <\/strong>et conforme aux exigences environnementales. Nous sommes fiers d’être sur Polygon, une blockchain neutre en carbone qui travaille activement pour avoir un bilan carbone négatif. <\/p>

Désormais, chaque client de Lugh pourra acheter des EURL sur Tezos, Ethereum ou Polygon en fonction de ses préférences. <\/p>
