Elle a ensuite achet&eacute; Bitstamp, la plus ancienne bourse d&#8217;Europe. Cette derni&egrave;re &eacute;tend d&eacute;sormais son champ d&#8217;activit&eacute; aux &Eacute;tats-Unis. NXC a &eacute;galement investi dans la soci&eacute;t&eacute; am&eacute;ricaine de courtage crypto Tagomi.<\/p><p>L&#8217;ann&eacute;e derni&egrave;re, Kim &eacute;tait sur le point de vendre sa soci&eacute;t&eacute;, cot&eacute;e &agrave; 9 milliards de dollars, et on pensait que des soci&eacute;t&eacute;s comme Disney &eacute;taient int&eacute;ress&eacute;es. Mais il a ensuite chang&eacute; d&#8217;avis et a d&eacute;cid&eacute; de restructurer son empire.<\/p><p><a href=\"https:\/\/newsis.com\/view\/?id=NISX20200331_0000977477&amp;cID=13001&amp;pID=13000\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Selon NXC<\/a>, la nouvelle plateforme Arques sera ax&eacute;e sur la convivialit&eacute; et &#8220;abaissera le seuil de la gestion d&#8217;actifs tout en &eacute;liminant le jargon peu familier et les probl&egrave;mes li&eacute;s au trading&#8221;.<\/p><p>La holding a annonc&eacute; que le PDG d&#8217;Arques sera Kim Seong-min, l&#8217;ancien chef de l&#8217;unit&eacute; de recherche de Nexon et ancien expert en d&eacute;veloppement de serveurs chez Microsoft.<\/p><p>Arques d&eacute;clare qu&#8217;elle est actuellement en train d&#8217;engager des experts en trading et des d&eacute;veloppeurs ayant de l&#8217;exp&eacute;rience dans &#8220;les
